Order Processing

We will take 1-2 working days to process your order. Most of the orders, if in stock, will be shipped the next working day. We will ship your order during Monday to Friday, and will be closed in during Saturdays and Sundays, as well as all Hong Kong Public Holidays. You can view the list of holidays in HK in 2011 here.

Shipping

Cuttingedgeguy.com will provide 2 shipping options: normal registered air post or Express Delivery (EMS or FEDEX). We will reserve the right to change the carrier or postage method without prior notice.

The selling price of most of our products has already included shipping fees by registered post, if you see the free shipping icon in the item listing. You can choose the option to upgrade to an express delivery.

The estimated delivery date, given by Hong Kong Post and FEDEX, are as follows:

Normal Air Mail (with or without registered post): 9-21 working days to most countries
Express Delivery: 4-6 working days.
FEDEX express delivery: 4-6 working days.

Please understand that the delivery date is an estimate only. We have no control over the actual delivery period. Please have patience to wait for the package to arrive. Packages may require longer than the estimated date to arrive.

Tracking of Orders

We will give you a registered mail number when the package is sent by air mail registered post. It can serve to tell when the package has left Hong Kong, but it cannot provide the detail delivery status on your country.

As for EMS delivery , you will be given a tracking number, and you can follow your package all the way. Please click here to follow your package

As for FEDEX, we will also give you a tracking number, where you can follow your package online here.

Should you wish you to return the package that you have received, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Please send it back to us with all the original packaging to us using registered post. You need to pay for the postage in any case.

Once we have received the package, we will refund the product cost to you. However, the postage cost will not be refunded. We will advise you the exact amount of postage fee to be deducted from the total amount.

No return of package or item is accepted after 7 days of receipt of packages.

Repairs and Returns

All our consoles comes with warranty from respective manufacturers and suppliers. In the extreme rare case of any consoles that are not working properly, you can send them back for inspection and repairing.
Please quote the following in your return package:

1) your order no.
2) Your name and your e-mail address

Please use normal air mail, and no need for express delivery. Once we have received your package, we will proceed accordingly, and notify customers of the progress through e-mail.

The postage cost to Hong Kong will be responsible by customers, while the return cost from us to customers will be on us.
