How to place an order?
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse or search our website, find the product you need. Click the "Buy Now" button against the item(s) you wish to buy and this will put them into the shopping cart. Select your delivery option and location and proceed to payments
If you are already a registered member, you only need to login again to confirm your name, shipping and billing address. If you're first time user, please take a little time to complete the registration that's one time only.
You will be directed to a secure page of Paypal or Google to pay for your order by Paypal or credit card. Your credit card information will be securely protected by them, and not even can access this information.
Once the payment is done, you will be back to our site. We will send an e-mail confirmation to you to confirm all the details of your order.

What is the delivery schedule?
We aim to dispatch all orders received within the next working day of ordering. This only applies to working days, which is Mondays to Fridays. We don't work at Saturdays, and Sundays, and on every HK public holidays. Goods can be sent to your registered credit card address or alternatively to another address providing all details are confirmed. For details of delivery, please read our full Delivery details.
What is the availability of a product?
Receipt of your order does not guarantee that we can supply the selected Products to you. All the products are subject to availability and we must therefore reserve the right in exceptional circumstances: to limit quantities of products we supply; to supply only part of an order or to divide up orders; to alter the availability and duration of, and to terminate at any time, any special offers. Should you wish to cancel your order at any stage you will be refunded in full provided the order has not been dispatched.
What are your Product Guarantees?
All products supplied are covered by the manufacturers' own warranty. This could be from 12 months above and differ for individual products. Different product lines from a manufacturer sometimes carry different warranty .Warranty covers parts and labour to repair product that has became faulty due to manufacturing faults. Guarantees do not cover goods which have become faulty as the result of misuse or mishandling.
What are shipping charges for your order?
To save your time to check the price for shipping, cuttingedgeguy.com is offering FREE shipping for all games and portable products less than 3KG The Free Shipping notice will be indicated at the end of the item description. They will be sent by Express Registered / Signed For Service. Unlike other companies, this shipping option is traceable and cuttingedgeguy.com will send you a new one if the courier has confirmed your package has been lost in transit.
Do I need to pay any VAT/GST for my purchase?
It is possible, and depends on your country custom policies. We have no control over whether your country custom will or will not charge custom tax on your product. It is entirely up to your country customs and VAT policies. If your country elects to charge you import sales tax, you are responsible for paying your own taxes. We are not responsible for it, and should not be held accountable for that. No refund or return of order simply because you have been charged with TAX!
Lowering invoice values for avoiding taxes is considered illegal in many countries and may carry stiff penalties.We do not take any responsibility for this and you must understand that you will adjust the invoice value for your own benefit at your own risk. By default, we will always put the true and full value of your purchase on your shipping invoice.
How do I trace my order?
After you have successfully paid for an order, the status will change to "confirmed". Please log into your account after one working day and you should find the relevant tracking information there. Sometimes as the courier may still updating their server, your tracking number may not be responding, please try that in a few days, and it should work properly. Different courier provide different tracking information, customers are send them enquiry for further information.
How long it usually takes for my order to arrive?
The handling and packing time for the order is shown in the shipping & returns page. You order will usually arrive after dispatch for around 10-15 working days (for all free-shipping items). Orders sent by Speed Post will arrive around 3-4 days after dispatch. No orders will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays and HK statutory public holidays. The above time is for reference only; Cuttingedgeguy.com will not be responsible for any delay due to customs inspection and delays.
